Refund and Returns Policy
Our ‘refund and returns policy’ is 30 days. After the 30 period has passed since the date of purchase , we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was delivered. The product must also be in tis original packaging.
Renunciation Period (Returns)
The provisions of this article only apply to customers who purchase items online in their capacity as consumers: 14 days from the day following the delivery of the product.
Customers who wish to make use of the right of renunciation must contact Optiek Van Gorp customer service within 14 days of delivery and return the goods at their expense to Optiek Van Gorp, Gasthuisstraat within 20 days of delivery of the goods. 6. 2340 Beerse
Items with a retail price of EUR 50 or more must be returned to us by courier or registered post (DHL, Fedex, etc.). We can only take back items that are in the original and undamaged packaging, together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase.
Will not be taken back:
- Used, dirty, damaged or incomplete items
- Items with (partially) opened packaging
- Tailor made and customized products
- Items that cannot be returned due to their nature
In certain situations, only a partial refund can be made:
- Any product which is not in its original condition, is damaged or of which parts are missing.
- Any product returned later than 30 days after receipt.
As soon as your return has been received and checked by us, you will receive an email. You will also be informed whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If your request has been approved, we will process your refund.
Late or missing refund
If you have not yet received notification of a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. You can only return standard priced items. Sale products cannot be refunded.
We can only replace products that are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange for a replacement item, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and send the defective item by registered mail to Optiek Van Gorp, Gasthuisstraat 6, 2340 Beerse, Belgium.
To return your product, send it by track&trace shipment to Optiek Van Gorp, Gasthuisstraat 6, 2340 Beerse, Belgium. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your delivery location, it may take some time for the replacement product to arrive. When returning multiple or more expensive items, it is advisable to return them by registered mail or with insurance.
